Here is one of my favorites. This needs to be done just before you go to bed and before 11pm.
You'll need: some coconut oil, dried coconut or fresh coconut, pure shea butter or coco butter, petals of white flower, some cow or goat milk, white chalk, shells of 1 egg, a white or lght coloured towel, white or light coloured scarf or cap to wear to bed and white or light coloured nightclothes and underwear, 1 white candle

This ritual can be done for one night only or for 3 or 7 nights

get a white or clear glass bowl. add some milk (preferably cow or goat milk), add a handful of white flowers, coconut milk, about 2-3 tablespoons of dessicated coconut (dried coconut) or fresh coconut, 1 tablespoon of pure coco butter or shea butter, 1 tablespoon of ground white chalk (you know, like the stuff used in black boards) and the finely ground shell of an egg. Combine and run your bath till it's about 1/4 full. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and mix with some water to make a paste - apply this to the top of your head and tie a white scarf or cap over your head. Pour in the mixture into the bath. Light a white candle and soak in the bath for about 10 mniutes. Get out and towel dry lightly with a white or light coloured towel. moisturise yourself with pure coconut oil. Dress in your nightclothes. Say a prayer. You can say the Lord's prayer, any catholic prayer (Glory Be, Our Father and Hail Mary are all good) or just say any prayer you feel comfortable with.
If you are doing this for more than 1 night, blow out the candle and reuse the following night. If for just one night, let the candle burn down.
Got ot bed and when you wake up the next day, you can wash off the stuff from your head.

This ritual will help with the blues, help with sleeplessnes, remove obstacles and blockages in your life, bring a clear min and magnify your aura - even people around you will notice you loo glowingly different and complete starngers will be much nicer to yuo. Enjoy!
